A fruit breakfast this morning which little bee started on before big bee as she was still asleep..
Once big bee arrived one how it turned into......
A fruit kebab making session!
Yum!
Yum!
After I had a shower the bees presented me with this 'treasure trail' they'd created. :-)
Me and big bee both had optician appointments today so we headed into town for a 'girlie' couple of hours! Little bee was being looked after by my mum. Having a whale of a time too as he got to feed the ducks and have lots of one on one nanny time. Something he usually doesn't get. We got some lunch in the food court. Big bee picked some rice with veggies and I had a spud. She couldn't eat all hers (was a big tub!) so we took it with us to eat some more later.
We had our eye tests, they went well. A bit of letter practise there for big bee! Lol!
We sat in front of the market and big bee shared her rice with some pigeons. She though that was great!
We bought some white carnations from the market for a planned science experiment and headed off back to the car. We went via the 99p store and big bee picked one thing for herself and one thing for little bee as a pressie. This is the hat she picked!
Back home and we got cracking on our experiment! The goggles were essential apparently! ;-)
We talked about osmosis and how it all works. She was very excited about the colour changing part!
Waiting..., lol!
We checked back after half hour and two flowers had changed colour dramatically but the rest haven't as yet. Will put an updated colour photo on tomorrow.
Next we did a bit of drawing. Big bee done a piccy for her cousin C. She wants to post it. :-)
Then a bit of letter practise with a 'prize' at the end!
Little bee arrived back then with mum. First thing he said was 'duck' when he saw me. Bless him. My clever little man. :-)Big bee gave the present we bought and they then played with it together.
It was a aeroplane launcher, good fun for 99p!
They had races, who shot the furtherest! Big bee counted down from 10-1 and shouted blast off at one point and launched one into the air! :-) lots of fun together :-)
