Puzzle making

Maths in our pj's, all good!

Big bee wanted to make a puzzle, (we have a pack of blank puzzles) she asked me to draw sleeping beauty for her to colour. My drawing wasn't great but she was happy!

After finishing we obviously had to break and reassemble :-)

A second princess was done (tiana from princess and the frog in case you couldn't tell from my wonderful drawing! Haha!).. She then wanted to write sleeping beauty underneath. We didn't get as far as the other words. We had a chat about skin colour, which seemed like a good moment for it. :-)

A bit more colouring and some alphablock stuff..

Then it was time to head off for horse riding! 

One very excited little girlie! She rode minty today, really enjoyed it as usual. On the way back she said how she'd like a book about horses so we made a last minute detour and headed to the library..

Lots of books picked, we found a horse one! Yay! Big bee was thrilled to find some more Chip/Biff/Kipper books that she hadn't read. Little bee became quite attached to a noisy peppa book and one about kittens. 

Back home and I made some salmon fish cakes for tea curtousy of the recipe from yesterday's picnic. (Thankyou A!) :-) and they were accompanied with some chippy chips! Yum yum yum!
