Chippy tea and choccy cake

Today started off with some lovely snuggles in bed, porridge for the bees and some reading..
I then had a rare couple of hours off! My lovely mum had offered to look after both my bees plus my nephew while my niece was at school so me and my sis could go food shopping. :-)
It was a lovely couple of hours and after we were finished we headed to my nieces school to pick her up before heading back. Strange to walk to the school, seems a long time since me and my sis walked to school together! Trip down memory lane. (My niece goes to the school that we went to.) Well at least today I wasn't worried about walking to school and being spat on or picked on in any way! Lol!

When we got back the children were eating lunch. Once they finished they had a play together. The girls running at lightening speed around the tree and the boys playing in the muck at every opportunity! Lol!
After a chilled out hour for the bees in which little bee had a nap and big bee had a rest we headed off to horse riding.
She was so excited once again. My gran came along too to see her ride. One of the other mums commented today to say how you could see she was really coming on with the riding. Said you could see a massive difference. :-)
shes really starting to master the trott. Was lovely to hear as I'm not a 'horsey' person so really know nothing. I'm just there because big bee loves it :-)

After horse riding we had hubby's family over for a takeaway tea. Chippys! Yum yum! It was recently both hubby's mum and grandads birthday so we sang happy birthday and had some cake that we made yesterday for the occasion.
Little bees fav bit!!
The birthday bees!
Big bee asked to 'help' blow out the candles :-)
Great grandad reading little bee a story :-) he was playing with grandad loads today, was so sweet.
