Busy day today.. Remember remember the 5th of November! So rather topically the bees helped with the fire this morning.
Next a spot of birthday card colouring in. Big bee found this card and realised she hadn't coloured the hello kitty in. Soon sorted!
And on the theme of bonfire night we carried on with a bonfire craft. :-)

Busy busy, much concentration happening! Little bee surprised me and stuck at this activity till he'd finished. His attention span is getting longer all the time. :-)
Big bee wanted to write 'bonfire' at the top. No pen would show up on black so we decided on glitter!

Fab bonfire, which actually turned out to be the highlight of the party.
A rather nosey neighbour started shouting over the fence that the fire was out of control (it wasn't!).
We explained it was ok, we'd took all safety precautions etc. hose at the ready! He said he was going to call the fire brigade!?! We all thought he was joking but nope, about 4 minutes later the firemen turned up!! Poor guys being called out for no good reason. What a waste of there time! Only plus is the children (and some of the woman,lol!) were thrilled to have fireman at the party! Lol! Still hate to think if they'd have been needed else where though.
Not a great piccy, but here's one of the fire engine! I knew one of the firefighters from my jessops days. Nice to see him!
Some of us inside, I took this through window from outside. My gran throwed a fab party, everyone enjoyed themselves so much. We had some great fireworks too!
