This morning I got a few jobs done while the bees eagerly awaited the arrival of our friends. Big bee got some craft bits out ready as we had a plan to do some valentines crafts today. They both played a numbers/maths app for a while too.
When they arrived the children all wizzed off playing, we then all enjoyed lunch together. After lunch we made the decision to leave the planned craft today and head to the park instead. It was such a nice bright sunny day out (still cold but happy skies) that we decided we'd be better off enjoying the rare nice winters day.
The cat they made friends with before returned today, they have named him 'cuticles' lol!
Working on there campfire, the girls are apparently in sleeping bags!

We visited the butchers on the way home and then the bees helped me make sweet and sour chicken for tea. They picked chicken at the butchers and requested rice so I thought that would work well. It went down a storm, clear plates all round and even having second and third helpings. Will be making that sauce again!
