Printables and sandcastles in the sunshine

Today after months I finally managed to get our printer working. We celebrated this by printing out lots of horse activities for big bee! Dot to dot, mazes, box making, jointed horse making, a carousel horse, colour by numbers! I asked little bee what he'd like printed and after a brief 'thinking face' he replied 'a duck'.
So I printed a duck for him to colour and then a snowman which he had to assemble. He loved it!
Little horse box assembled.
Little bee watching the printer. We talked about printers today, big bee asked if there are lots of pens inside quickly writing and drawing things? Love it!
Little bee with his duck!
And Olaf the snowman
Big bee showed him how to do it first..
Then here is his version!
The carousel taking shape. Lots and lots of cutting practise today..
A collection of some of the bits done.. We talked about joints today too while doing our jointed horse.
The sun was shining outside so we headed out. They both picked summer clothes today and seemed determined it was going to be like summer! It actually was so lovely outside, gorgeous in the sun. Perfect weather for me. :-)
