Mothers day themed Craft day with friends

Watering our seeds and We found these shoots. Sooooo excited as I've been trying to get hold of tomberry seeds everywhere this year with no luck. Then I had the brainwave of searching the polytunnel for old dried up toms from last year and found a couple! I didn't know if the seeds would be any good as they were damp but clearly they were fine!!! Yay!
Today we had our big group of home ed friends round. We planned to do a Mother's Day themed crafty day. One of our friends had picked up pots and flowers, all the children had one each and got stuck in painting and decorating them. They also made Mother's Day cards too. 12 children busy  crafting away and it was all so calm. Not actually the madness you'd expect with that many. Lots of games played before and after the crafting and even a spot of music from my dad. He kindly came in and played his accordion for them all to dance to for a bit. :-)
Big bee was doing hers for so long, really concentrating!
Little bee loved getting stuck in!
Some of the finished pots..
My gorgeous two bees pots. :-)
Such a lovely day. :-)
