Thumb print cookies

This morning I had an idea of making a coconut flour type recipe as I had some coconut pulp left over from making coconut milk. I'd dried it out in the dehydrator and whizzed it till fine like flour. I was keen to try it out and as the bees were involved with the milk making it seemed a good thing to show how we could use the leftovers.
After a quick google with big bee, he selected some 'thumb print cookies'
Before we started we looked at and talked about the cup measurements. 1/4. 1/3. 1/2. Full cup.. Etc. the whole recipe was in cups so was easy or her to follow.
Little bee played with a piece of dough for a while. He kept saying 'cookie' in such a sweet way.
Ready for the oven

And done! A few fell apart but it didn't effect taste, these were yummy!
Onto horse riding, big bee rode 'Flo' today. She seemed pleased about this! She really loves her riding so much.
Back home, and after tea the bees 'helped' daddy emulsion the lounge! Only about 2 secs and little bee was nicely covered in paint!!
Daisy dog joined us tonight for a few hours. She generally lives in her run but occasionally she comes in. I put a blanket on the floor for her, turned my back and found the cheeky little daisy pup on the sofa! The bees love her so much. Kept feeding her snacks. Think she'd be a lot fatter if he lived inside all the time!
