Monsters and mâché

A play date this morning with a couple of friends. The children played together lovely, all had lots of fun.
This afternoon we got 'crafty'. Little bee was going to join in but was so in need of a nap he ended up doing that instead. We done monsters first, made using a salad spinner and paper plates. Great fun!
Then some more regular painting on plates. The 'masterpiece' at bottom of photo I'm ashamed to say is mine! Haha!
Then some messy paper mâché onto a balloon. Couldn't take any photos during the balloon covering as I was arm deep in goop!
The masks are dry! Still waiting for paper mâché to dry..
After tea we harvested all the corn on the cobs as they were starting to dry out. We froze a load and have some out for tomorrows tea. Little bee loved peeling them! He must have peeled about 15!

Big bee lost interest in peeling but took a particular shine to this little one.
