Worksheets this morning..
Then onto a little house making! Up cycling from an oatcake box.
We talked about which direction the wind was blowing with a bubble demo!
The wind was actually blowing all over the place so quite interesting.
Next the children discovered some chestnuts had started to fall. Everyone was so excited at this prospect. The adults maybe even more so than the children!? Lol!
We tried several things to get more chestnuts down but this seemed to be a winner! A umbrella javelin tied with a dog lead!
We each got loads, yay!
A spot of mud pie 'ice cream making'
And finally back home for tea and roasted chestnuts! Yum!
