Chestnut biscuits and homemade Nutella

We tried our new electric circuit kit out today. Fantastic set! Really really good. (A very good £1.50 spent!!!)  The pieces all click together so easy to make the different circuits. The book has about 120 different ones to complete so lots of different ones to learn and understand.
I explained the concept again and showed the bees a couple of basic ones but from then on big bee made several circuits on her own, following the instructions herself. Amazing! Little bee watched for a while and helped a bit but then wandered off to play with his fire engine.
Simple lamp circuit.
Oooh sound effects! She loved this! Me however, hmmm, rather piercingly loud! Lol!
Built on her own!
Straw Model building time
Having a little music lesson on the iPad.
This afternoon little bee had a play next door with his little cousin while me and big bee baked.
We made homemade 'Nutella' (dairy and refined sugar free) and also chestnut biscuits.
Both amazing recipes. I was blown away by the Nutella! Gorgeous and so easy to make.
The biscuit recipe big bee actually done on her own. 1 cup chestnut flour, 1/2 cup coconut oil, and 1/4 cup of honey. She was able to measure and get mixed up by herself while I 'peeled' the hazelnuts for the Nutella.
Whizzing up the roasted/peeled hazelnuts..
Plus other ingredients and we have Nutella!
Yummmmmmmmmeeeeeeee!
